Creating Access

Upon recent investigation, it was found that the Suru Valley of Kargil India has untapped potential for world class sport and trad routes along with incredible boulders waiting to be projected.

In addition, it was found that many people in the Kargil area tend to lack the means to get adequate health services and education due to lower wages and employment opportunities.

What are we doing about it?

We offer the ability for businesses to partner with us as we work with local villages to train guides and develop hospitality centers. Our guides are trained in outdoor medicine, how to climb, belay, and spot, and how to guide clients. In our homestays and camping sites, we help develop eco-toilets and give hospitality training.

​

As more jobs and finances are brought into the region, we hope to see greater education opportunities, access to higher quality health care, and better nutritional options. All of this leads to more opportunities for a more sustainable life.
